You might need an hour or so to fill in a questionnaire or attend a briefing call, plus some time to gather information on your business or organisation. I might also need to interview your subject matter experts or relevant team members.

How do you structure your project pricing?
I work with fixed, transparent project fees. You’ll know the exact cost of your white paper, research report or website copy, tied to an agreed scope, before a single word is written. Standard revisions are built into the price. I don’t bill hourly, so there’ll be no surprises on your invoice.
What does your process look like before you start drafting?
Every project follows a strategy-first process: strategise, research, structure, write, review, collaborate on design and (optionally) repurpose.
First, I review your internal materials and conduct targeted research. Depending on the project, this includes customer and competitive research, desktop research and stakeholder interviews. Then, I map out the messaging, content hierarchy and data placements.
