- We have a short intro call to discuss your needs and goals. Talk about your challenges and the possible solutions. We understand each other’s processes and find the best and easiest ways to work together.
We kick off the project with an in-depth questionnaire. Where you answer targeted questions about your product/service, positioning, current messaging, brand voice, ideal customers, competitors, offer and more. We have a shorter follow-up call if need be.
If it suits your schedule better, you can answer these questions on a strategy call.
Timeframe: 2–3 weeks
- I review your current messaging, brand voice and current website (if available), plus analytics and available customer and competitor research.
- I conduct internal stakeholder interviews, in addition to original competitive messaging research and voice-of-customer research (customer interviews and/or survey, review mining, recorded demos and more).
